Returned Merchandise/Restocking Charges

Please report any issue within 10 (ten) days of receipt of your order. All returns must have prior authorization from Walker Display.  If a product arrived damaged or we made an error in shipping you the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange to exchange the item.  Returns due to other reasons will result in a restocking fee and you’ll need to pay for the shipping costs associated with returning the merchandise to us.  Original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.  Please note we cannot accept returns on custom manufactured items unless the product is defective.

Restocking Fee Schedule

15% restocking fee on product returned within 30 days of the original invoice date.

25% restocking fee on product returned between 31 and 90 days of the original invoice date.

In all cases, product must be in new, unused, condition and packaged carefully to avoid damage in return transit.

No refunds on delivery and processing.  No adjustments after 90 days.
